Refund policy

 

Returns / Exchanges
SÖNDAG will accept returns for refund in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. Returned pieces must also include original box, dust bags and original tags attached. If you would like to request an exchange or refund in store credit, please e-mail customercare@sondag.co with your order number and we will assist you with a Return Process together with a return authorization number. Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed.

Once we receive your return, it can take up to 5 business days for your return to process. All exchanged item will be shipped out at your expense. The shipping charge will be noted in an email prior to shipment, and a link to pay for the shipping charge will be emailed to you. All changes are final sale, no further returns or exchanges can be made.

Refunds will be made via store credits. There will be an email confirmation together with your credit voucher number when it has been completed. Store credits will be issued with a 60 days validity. Please note that any shipping or gift boxing charges are non-refundable. All purchases made with credit vouchers are final sale, no further returns or exchanges can be made.

Pieces with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Defective items are defined as items that have missing parts, broken straps or torn leather. As each piece of leather is unique in form and texture – uneven textures, color hues, tonal variations, creases or veins should not be considered as defects.

While we handle all our product with utmost care, irregularities such as dents, scars, scratches, wrinkles or blemishes are normal, and should not be considered as a defect.

 

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately discounted items, including items that are purchased using discount codes or credit vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 

Gift Cards
The SÖNDAG Gift-Card is not a substitute for cash, nor is it a credit card or charge card. The SÖNDAG Gift-Card stored value is non-refundable.

 

Return Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SÖNDAG reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
