Payment Policy
Kindly ensure that all fills are completed before check out. The delivery fees are fixed and include handling fees. We accept these payment methods currently:  

  1. Visa/Mastercard
  2. American Express
  3. Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay
  4. Hoolah (3 installments, 0% interest)

 

Rate & Delivery Time Frame Within Singapore
All orders will be shipped out within 3 working days and an email with your Tracking Reference Number will be sent to notify you once your order has been shipped.

  • Standard Delivery : SGD7 for 3-5 business days
  • Standard Delivery (Heavy/Bulky) : SGD12-20 for 3-5 business days
  • Express Delivery : SGD18 for next-day delivery

 

Delivery timeframes include the packing of your order upon confirmation. Please whatsapp our team at +6588118817 should you require next-day delivery.

After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us. We would be more than happy to redeliver your order however, additional redelivery fees will apply.

 

Overseas Rate & Delivery Time Frame
Do note that standard airmail takes about 5-20 business days, depending on each individual destination. Delivery timeframes include the packing of your order upon confirmation. Please whatsapp our team at +6588118817 for overseas door-to-door courier if you'd like to opt for express international shipping.

  • Standard International Delivery : SGD25
  • Standard International Delivery (Heavy/Bulky) : SGD35

 

ZONE C (Cambodia, China, Japan, Mongolia, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand)

  • Standard International Delivery : SGD35
  • Standard International Delivery (Heavy/Bulky) : SGD50

 

ZONE D (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, United States)

  • Standard International Delivery : SGD50
  • Standard International Delivery (Heavy/Bulky) : SGD75

    TAXES & DUTIES
    If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed. Delivery timeframes include the packing of your order upon confirmation. All deliveries come with a tracking number.
